Dr Emily Swift
CONSULTANT AESTHETICIAN
BDS 2011, GDC 221055, Fellowship Diploma in Medical Aesthetics
Dr Emily Swift is an experienced dental surgeon and highly skilled medical aesthetics clinician, with practice dating back to 2011 and thousands of patients treated over the years. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Science in Dentistry from the University of Liverpool and is registered with the General Dental Council.
During her training, she collaborated within multidisciplinary teams to care for patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunction, skin and oral cancers, and tissue trauma. This work deepened her understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics and reinforced the value of precise, safe care. Encounters with congenital and acquired deformities sparked her interest in non-surgical options, which she has since pursued across a broad range of conditions using non-invasive techniques.
Her pursuit of advanced aesthetics training led to a postgraduate qualification in aesthetic medicine, complemented by a Fellowship Diploma from the Harley Street Institute. She also contributes to the field through writing anatomy papers and by participating in clinical studies that push forward developments in aesthetic medicine.
Dr Emily’s vocation for non-surgical facial rejuvenation grew from years in primary dental care and referrals to oral maxillofacial surgery. Having suffered with acne for many years as a teenager, and undergoing extensive orthodontic treatment herself, Dr Emily intimately understands how appearance can affect self-esteem. Today, she uses non-surgical aesthetic treatments, aimed at balancing facial proportion, reducing the signs of ageing, promoting scar healing, reducing asymmetries and encouraging the skin to bioremodel to improve confidence.
Renowned for harmonising facial features, she performs thousands of non-surgical procedures each year to address structural deficits, deformities, and asymmetries. She offers non-surgical genioplasty to support those with mandibular retrognathia who may not be suitable for surgery. Her approach is holistic, when crafting bespoke treatment plans.
Her ethos centers on professional personalised guidance, that prioritises the patient’s wellbeing above any single treatment. Her vision is to boost confidence through safe, effective solutions that help her patients look good, but more importantly feel good.
Away from the clinic, Dr Emily loves travel, trail running, and hiking in the mountains. She believes nature and time spent outdoors with family and friends are essential to everyone’s mental well-being, and that confidence and self-esteem must be nurtured from within as well as through aesthetic care. She remains dedicated to ongoing professional development and to delivering exemplary patient care.
