Dr Claire Holly Wilkinson

Dr Claire Holly Wilkinson is an experienced dentist and facial aesthetics practitioner working across Surrey and London. With a passion for natural results and a reputation for her kind, reassuring approach, Claire helps patients feel confident in their appearance while preserving the features that make them unique.

Claire has worked in non-surgical facial aesthetics since 2015 and has owned her own dental clinic in Surrey since 2018. Her treatments include botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, biostimulators, skin boosters and advanced skincare, with every treatment plan carefully tailored to the individual.

Her career began in private dental practice and at The Royal London Hospital, where her experience included working in maxillofacial surgery and supporting head and neck surgical procedures. This provided a strong foundation in facial anatomy and continues to inform her considered, safety-focused approach to aesthetic medicine.

Claire believes that achieving beautiful results begins with understanding how patients feel about their appearance. Taking a holistic, full-face approach, she considers facial structure, skin quality and individual concerns to create subtle, harmonious improvements that never look overdone. She is particularly experienced in supporting nervous patients, taking time to listen and ensure they feel comfortable, informed and confident throughout their treatment.

Patient safety and ethical practice are central to Claire’s work. She is a Board Member of the British Association of Cosmetic Dental Professionals (BACDP), an organisation dedicated to supporting dental professionals working within non-surgical facial aesthetics and promoting the highest standards of patient safety, education and ethical practice.

Through its work with professional and regulatory organisations, the BACDP represents the interests of dentists and dental hygienists and therapists working within facial aesthetics at a national level. The Association supports its members through professional guidance, education, continuing professional development, credible training and mentoring, while working to help shape and advance standards within the profession. As a Board Member, Claire is proud to contribute to this work and to champion the safe, responsible and appropriately regulated provision of facial aesthetics within the dental profession.

Claire follows rigorous clinical protocols and remains committed to ongoing professional development, including training through the Teoxane Academy.

Claire has also undertaken further training in skin science and is an ambassador for ZO Skin Health and AlumierMD. Through personalised, medical-grade skincare programmes, she helps patients address concerns including acne, pigmentation, signs of ageing and overall skin health.
